Our Belfast city centre Client, an international, professional services organisation, urgently wishes to recruit an experienced HR Assistant.  This is a 12 month fixed term contract, HR administration job.  The successful HR applicant will enjoy working in a busy team, providing high quality support and responding to queries in a timely fashion. 


The Role

  • Provide HR Administrative support across a number of key HR areas, becoming a subject matter expert
  • Receive and manage HR cases via emails and telephone, answering queries and escalating where necessary to maintain the most effective and efficient service possible.
  • Maintain and update all relevant employee data and files in line with Data Protection protocols
  • Performance management, Terms and conditions, leave, absence and exit process
  • Support the Managers in the generation, distribution and collation of annual HR processes


The Person

  • Experience of HR generalist administration – supporting peformance management, absence, queries on processes and policies.
  • Excellent administrative skills with a proven track record of producing high quality work within tight deadlines
  • Positive and proactive attitude
  • Excellent communication and team working skills
  • Competent in Microsoft Office
