Spanish Speaking customer service sought for client in mallusk- The Customer Service Executive can expect a Salary of £20k as well as a competitive benefits and appropriate training and development.

Apple Recruitment Services are working on behalf of their Client, a global supplier, to recruit Spanish speaking Customer Service Executive to join their multi-lingual Customer Service Team in Mallusk. This is a non-call center environment and hours of work are 8:30 a.m. – 5:15 p.m. Mon – Thurs and 8:30a.m.  – 4:00 p.m. – Friday.


Reporting to the Commercial Manager, the Customer Service Executive will be the first point of contact for business to business customers, primarily from the German market. This will give you the opportunity to build relationships and take accountability for resolving queries and issues.


  • Enter orders, providing order confirmations, accurate lead-times & delivery schedules to the Customer while liaising with shipping team to ensure accurate delivery times;
  • Liaising with Factories and Production planning to ensure all enquiries are dealt with to the Customer’s satisfaction and all risks are mitigated;
  • Liaise with Shipping regarding loading;
  • Advise Customers of their invoices.;
  • Re-direct technical / quality / credit and all other enquiries as appropriate;
  • Handle sample requests as required, ensuring samples and Literature are efficiently used and distributed to external Sales people and Customers;
  • Advise customers on a weekly basis of customer specific stocks;
  • Keep Account Manager informed of all relevant information on a daily basis;
  • Working closely with sales team and planner to ensure stock levels are correct, and proactively assist in the clearing of slow moving and irregular stock;
  • To help drive Business with new and existing Customers;
  • Occasional Customer visits;
  • Identify areas of possible new products and help launch them onto market;
  • To respond in a quick professional manner to all enquiries for products;
  • Updating price lists and price book maintenance as agreed with Commercial Director and Account Manager;
  • Manage Export documentation – certificates of origin;
  • Log quality complaints, dealing with credit notes in a quick and efficient manner;
  • Record and advise agents commissions and passing relevant information to accounts.


Applicants must:

  • be fluent in both verbal / written English & Spanish – French would be advantageous
  • have excellent administrative and numeracy skills possibly with experience of a busy office environment
  • be educated to degree standard (or A2 level or equivalent with relevant business experience)
  • be IT literate and have experience of a Windows based package including MS Word & Excel;
  • must hold an EU/EEA passport or UK work permit.


The Customer Service Executive can expect a Salary of £20k as well as a competitive benefits and appropriate training and development.
