LEGAL SOFTWARE APPLICATION SUPPORT – FIXED TERM CONTRACT (6 MONTHS)
HAYWARD HAWK are proud to be partnering with their client in the search for a successful Legal Software Support Analyst. The client based in Belfast is one of the largest Legal companies in the UK and has a massive Global footprint.Â The client is currently going through a sustained period of growth resulting in the software support team expanding. The client is known for having one of the lowest staff turnover rates locally due to a real chance of career progression and the relaxed / valued working environment it offers.

You will have the opportunity to gain experience of working with all the latest technologies in multiple environments. You must have excellent customer service skills with Software support experience (Ideally in a Finance or Legal background).Â
â€¢Day to day running of software applications
â€¢User support and troubleshooting, Installation and customisation of software applications for new customers.
â€¢Support customers and help them benefit from the use of their software products
â€¢Specify and document new program requirements, communicate with customers to determine priority of enhancements to applications.
â€¢Ideally 2 Years plus within a Software Support Environment.
â€¢Experience in Financial, Professional Services or Legal industries.
â€¢Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
â€¢Understanding of document automationÂ
