Reporting to the site Operations Director you will be responsible for data compliance and control, the standardization and implementation of best practice Production Control methods, with a goal to reduce inventory and maintain system integrity at the Dungannon facility.

Main Duties & Responsibilities include:

  • Managing a team to encourage a data driven culture throughout the organization.
  • Developing and improving standard business processes to actively increase information accuracy
  • Develop and report accurate KPI reporting
  • Recognizing opportunities for system enhancement within ERP functionality
  • Business forecast management
  • Inventory analysis and management
  • Sales and Operations Planning process responsibility
  • Order management and full factory scheduling ownership
  • Developing team members to be customer driven
  • Configurator enhancement
  • Driving best practice manufacturing bill of material processes from creation to maintenance
  • Implementing standard work processes and effectively training team members
  • Driving standard costing adherence
  • On time delivery and steady production stability processes, including build to schedule


Experience and Qualifications

  • Degree level Qualification within Manufacturing/Engineering or equivalent experience
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Excellent computer skills particularly within Microsoft Office
  • Prior Knowledge of MRP systems essential
  • Route cause analysis of system errors
  • A good understanding of lean principles
  • Previous people management experience
