As a Pensions Administrator you will be providing proactive administration support, which includes the calculation and award of member benefits. You will do this whilst ensuring work is carried out to the highest quality in a timely and accurate manner.

As a Pensions Administrator you will be providing proactive administration support, which includes the calculation and award of member benefits. It would be great if you have some previous pensions experience but displaying the right values and behaviours is key. Full training is provided so you have everything you need to succeed.

What you will do:

  • Process customer requests such as Quotes, changes to personal details and nominations.
  • Ensure accuracy and quality of data input.
  • Understand, build, maintain and enhance customer relationships to improve delivery of the customer experience and to ensure we treat customers fairly (TCF).
  • Manual Calculations of benefits the customer will receive such as annual pension etc.
  • Working towards KPI’s and performance metrics

Your experience will include:

  • Strong administration experience of working to standard processes and procedures
  • Ability to work within a performance led service to achieve targets, KPI and SLA outputs
  • Numerate and literate with a proven record of accuracy, attention to detail along with a high level of initiative and self-motivation
  • Ability to prioritise and organise workload effectively within a deadline driven and changing environment.
  • Good level of experience using MS office, word and Excel.
  • GCSE Grade C or equivalent in Maths and English
