We are offering a fantastic opportunity to join our team as an Inbound customer service advisor to help give our customers exactly what they need! With this we offer an ample basic salary along with excellent bonus earning potential! Free car parking on site!

Generous salary of £16,016 – £17,076 per annum plus amazing bonus potential OTE £19,016 – £20,076! Fortnightly pay!


Our lines are open 8am-9pm Mon-Fri and 8am-8pm Sat-Sun. As you will be taking Inbound calls, we do require a degree of flexibility. But never fear! You will work 40 hrs per week and have 2 or 3 days off per week depending on which shift YOU! choose, which means you will be able to plan and maintain a great work life balance!

About the Role

You will be taking calls from new and existing EE customers and helping them with any problems or questions they may have about their mobile phone contract.  You may need to add something extra to help their business…it will be your job to meet their needs and deal with each call in a professional manner.
