Location:       Belfast

Reports to:    Recruitment Lead / Recruitment Manager


This is an exciting opportunity to build an in house recruitment career within a growing organisation.




You will be responsible for providing a professional recruitment service to all Concentrix clients and work in partnership with internal/external stakeholders to provide specialist advice and solutions that support the delivery of the business objectives.

What you will be responsible for:

  • The full recruitment lifecycle, from advertising, pre-selection, competency based interviewing and assessments.
  • Gathering information in relation to external environment and competitor information.
  • Maintaining excellent standards of integrity, professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
  • Achieving efficiencies in cost and adding value to the business through effective partnership.
  • Involvement in other projects / tasks as required to add value and continually improve the overall process.
  • Accurately record and report on recruitment activities through various reporting tools as required.
  • Regularly meeting with key stakeholders to understand upcoming business requirements.
  • Ensuring ATS (Workday) is regularly updated for all actions taken in relation to open requirements and candidate actions.
  • Providing timely updates to external stakeholders relating to any candidates received.
  • Actively seek new ways to increase candidate pipelines and communicating these to European Recruitment Marketing Specialist.
  • Proactively support colleagues within the local and wider recruitment teams as and when needed.
  • Support hiring managers with recruitment activities for support roles such as; team managers, quality, training etc.
  • Meet weekly and monthly KPI’s and escalate any issues when needed.
  • Conduct regular reviews of current recruitment and selection processes ensuring process is current and relevant to position.
  • Provide a consolidated overview of recruitment activities for Recruiter and Resourcer data.

 What you need to be successful:

  • A minimum of 12 months experience working within a fast-paced in-house recruitment team as a recruiter or resourcer.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • An excellent communicator.
  • Knowledge of UK employment legislation and best practice recruitment and selection.
  • Knowledge of the local and European labour market.
  • Target driven.
  • Resilience and ability to work on own initiative.
  • Demonstrates ownership and accountability to achieve deadlines and targets
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-pace, dynamic and changing environment
  • Ability to recognise potential business improvement initiatives
  • Demonstrates experience of working in a team based environment supporting the team in achieving the highest quality standards and takes an active role in generating team morale.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Desirable Criteria:

  • Second Language ideal
  • Previous recruiting experience in a similar environment
  • Experience of dealing with clients on a daily basis
  • Previous sales experience
  • Interest in technology

Hours of work:

Monday to Friday 8am – 6pm, flexibility outside these hours will be required.
