The Role:

We’re looking for German speaking sales advisors to work on behalf of one of the biggest names in online payment and ecommerce. If you have sales experience and the language skills, we want to hear from you!

Your day to day role:

  • Generating new sales opportunities from semi-qualified leads
  • Build strong working relationships with end customers and internal/sales teams
  • Ensure each customer engagement is a memorable, leaving the customer with a positive experience of our Client’s brand
  • Build a strong understanding of each customer’s business and the right solution for them.
  • Build qualified lead pipeline for sales, handing off and lead follow up

 

What we need from you:

  • Fluency in written and spoken English & German
  • Minimum of 6 months telephone sales experience
  • Ability to work well with others in a team, supporting the team in achieving highest quality standards and takes active role in building team morale
  • Ability to multitask, plan and prioritise workload effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

 

Hours: 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday, business hours
