What you will be doing

We want to welcome passionate people into our team to become customer service specialists and support our customers with a range of daily banking queries. You will be trained to become an expert in providing our customers with all the information they need, learning to resolve their queries efficiently.

Most importantly you will build valuable relationships with our customers, making a positive impact on every call you take!

 

The skills you’ll need

Firstsource are looking for people who are motivated to succeed. It would be great if you already had telephony experience, or experience in a role where you build fantastic customer relationships, but these skills are not essential.  What’s vital is your dedication and passion when it comes to helping customers, we can teach you the rest!

We invest heavily in training our staff to be the best they can be. You will spend 7 weeks in a comprehensive training programme perfecting your techniques and gaining as much knowledge as you can.

You will have ongoing coaching and support to enhance your development. When you’re ready we’ll help you take your career to the next level.

 

What else you need to know

We are here for our customers when they need us, so you’ll need to be fully flexible and able to commit to working in a 13 week rotational pattern.

The hours of work will fall between 8am and 11pm, which will include weekends and bank holidays. We will discuss your hours in more detail with you at your interview stage.

You’ll join on a competitive salary of £17550 (£9 per hour) but that’s not all:
