Our lines are open 1:30pm-10:30pm Mon-Sun. As you will be taking Inbound calls, we do require a degree of flexibility. But never fear! You will work 40 hrs per week and have 2 days off per week! The great news is you will get your rota 5 weeks in advance which means you will be able to plan and maintain a great work life balance!

About the Role

You will be taking incoming calls from business customers who are having issues with their Cisco products and services. You are the customers first point of contact and it will be your job to take detailed notes on each issue and put the customer in contact with an engineer to fix the problem. It will be your job to provide excellent customer service on each call!

All you need is 6 months customer service experience. That can be in retail, sales or even hospitality. We will train you to be the best!
