We are seeking to recruit an experienced Bid Graphics Coordinator to join the team.

We are seeking to recruit an experienced Bid Graphics Coordinator to join the team.

Responsibilities

  • The successful candidate will work within our Pre-construction Department and primarily support our team of Submissions Managers in the preparation of Pre-qualification Questionnaires (PQQs) and other tender proposals and presentations.
  • Set-up bespoke Microsoft Word documents for submissions including all design and formatting
  • Use InDesign and Photoshop to create designs for front covers and dividers as well as presentation folders/boxes for submissions
  • Populate submission document responses with standard company information
  • Support the submissions team in formatting Microsoft Word documents including editing grammar and spelling
  • Develop bid library material
  • General admin tasks including printing, photocopying, collation of bids and binding
  • Prepare bespoke PowerPoint presentation templates
  • Liaise with external agencies for production of bid and marketing materials
  • Design and create marketing materials for other departments
  • Prepare/edit videos using Premier Pro
  • Support the Marketing Coordinator with digital and general marketing duties

Qualifications

Essential:

  • 3rd or degree level qualification in Graphic Design or alternative qualification in InDesign and Photoshop

Desirable:

  • Microsoft Word
  • Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Premier Pro

Competencies

Essential:

  • Previous experience in graphic design
  • Strong IT skills in the use of InDesign, Photoshop, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
  • Creative / artistic flair required to generate new ideas for presentation of information
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work under pressure and to strict timescales
  • Time management skills and competent in prioritising workload
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Team player.

Desirable

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Full time or Part time hours available
