Starplan has exciting opportunities for full time / part time experienced Administrators/Receptionists to join the team in the Greater Belfast/Bangor area.
We are looking for:
A confident, personable, articulate, friendly, professional individual.
The position requires individuals with strong organisational and computer literacy skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service.
As part of your administrative duties you will be liaising with our customers, Sales and Starplan factory team in the coordination and management of our customers Bedroom & Kitchen projects.
The candidate will be responsible for greeting customers as they enter the store and also the answering of phone calls and responding to the customer queries. Experience in a customer facing role would be an advantage.
As part of the role you may be required to work in any of our Starplan Showrooms within the greater Belfast/Bangor area, therefore a car and a clean driving licence will be essential.
A scheduled training program will be provided for the successful candidates
