You’ll work as part of a team of travel professionals to book travel arrangements for Kainos staff at all locations, including booking flights, hotel and apartment reservations and car hire, consulting with Kainos staff to ensure that all aspects of staff travel are seamlessly arranged.
You’ll use your previous knowledge of the travel industry to identify advance travel requirements to promote effective cost management, make recommendations about travel vendors and locations to staff, manage travel costs and project re-charges, and prepare quotations for travellers. You’ll be able to work quickly and proactively as issues might arise to reschedule flights, remedy travel problems and resolve scheduling conflicts, as well as ensuring that all business trips are covered by the Kainos Travel Insurance Policy and that staff are assisted with travel insurance claims.
This role will also require you to take part of the 24 hours Travel support schedule.
