We offer a nightshift between Monday to Friday to support our US customer base:
Night Shift: Hours between 10pm to 6am
Starting Salary: £19500 per annum
Training Pattern: From the start date you must commit to attending 2 weeks of full-time classroom training on site.

Although our flagship product is called Genius, you don’t need to be one right away, as we’ll give you all the training you need to begin delighting our customers with a combination of your natural charm and newly-honed skills that will project you towards a successful career within the rapid-paced world of payments.

Who are we looking for?
We don’t expect you to know everything about TSYS or indeed the payments industry, but once successful in our assessment process we’ll get you started with a comprehensive two-week expert training programme. Once fully trained, you’ll use some of the best support technology in the market to connect with and help our customers via incoming phone calls, emails and chat queries.
