Job Purpose

Our Compliance Testing business provide managed solutions testing services to scale, combining our regulatory, risk and compliance expertise with operational and process improvement know-how, supported by market leading technology to help keep organisations compliant.

We are looking for a committed and passionate individual to join our Senior Management Team who has a background in compliance or assurance and is up for a new challenge in supporting the leadership team with ongoing business growth and development. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Play a key role in supporting us to deliver our business strategy;

  • Support the development and enhancement of our client services;

  • Help to position our client services and capability across the PwC network, building and holding relationships with Partner teams;

  • Work with the management team to respond to new business opportunities;

  • Have oversight of large scale programmes supported by management teams;

  • Be an advisor to our team, play a key part in development and champion of our people; and

  • Enhance our ways of working, bringing ideas and solutions to our operational business challenges

 

Person Specification
Essential
  • Background or understanding of assurance, controls audit (SOx and technology), compliance, risk management or process and control environment;

  • Experience of operating at a senior management level within a fast paced, changing environment;

  • Demonstrable success as a senior leader and of managing and developing high performing teams;

  • A track record of success setting up and running programmes / operations, demonstrating strategic outlook, commercial acumen and business planning; and / or

  • Have entrepreneurial approach and mindset.
     

Desirable
  • Knowledge, or desire, of using technology, automation and process change to drive transformation and efficiency;

  • Relevant third level qualification; and / or

  • Professional qualification ACA, CISA, CIA or equivalent.

Additional Requirements
  • The role will be based in Belfast but must be able to travel for client meetings or training.
