Sales & Service opportunities within our landmark Maysfield site located in Belfast city centre

We have fantastic opportunities within our Global business that will provide you with the best possible potential for success! We currently have full time Sales & Service opportunities within our landmark Maysfield site located in Belfast city centre. If you enjoy the buzz of sales or have exceptional customer service skills, we want you!

 

We offer an excellent base salary up to £21,300 per annum (depending on the role), paid fortnightly with bonus potential of up to £32,000. We have a number of opportunities available with varying salaries & bonus structures.

 

All employees receive 28 days annual leave, plus 1 additional day each year for 5 years!

 

Shift Times:

Outbound Sales opportunities working shifts between 8:00am & 8:00pm Monday to Fridays.

Customer Service opportunities working between 1:30pm to 10:30pm Monday to Sundays.

About the Roles:

  • Providing an outstanding customer or sales experience as required, which is relevant, memorable and personal.
  • Become a champion in delivering world-class customer service and a true ambassador for our Clients’ brand and services.
  • Assisting customers via email, web, and phone.
  • Working on your own and as part of a cohesive supportive team.
  • You will be working within a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with plenty of dynamic change, which embraces an evolving marketplace and new technology continuously.

 

What you’ll need:

We are looking for the very best people who have 6 – 12 months proven experience working within a target driven environment in either a customer service or sales role, and be able to demonstrate resilience, determination and teamwork.
