Queen’s Sport has 5 key sporting venues at Queen’s University Belfast to facilitate a wide and diverse number of indoor and outdoor sporting activities for students, staff, graduate members and the wider community. The PEC has a membership of approx. 11,000 people with 57 Student Sporting Clubs availing of facilities across all 5 sites. The Sports Team consists of 64 members of staff, as well as coaches and volunteers who deliver quality programmes and experiences anchored in student opinion.

Join our Team as part of a flexible operational team within Queen’s Sport whilst providing a courteous, efficient and effective service to students and users. This is a full time, permanent post and the post holder will work a shift rotation 5 days over 7. Rotations will consist of working a 3-week pattern of early/middle/evening shifts so full flexibility is required. This would suit someone with a passion for sport who would like to develop their skills further.
As a Dry Sports Attendant, you will work as part of a flexible operational team within Queen’s Sport whilst providing a courteous, efficient and effective service to students and users. This post is based at Queen’s Sport, Upper Malone. Excellent customer service will be at the heart of everything you do and you will assist with administrative duties, cleaning, and maintenance of equipment and upkeep of the sports facilities. Salary will be £19,748.48 – £20,864.76 per annum (which includes the shift allowance).

Salary scale: £16,736 to £17,682 per annum plus 18% shift allowance
