 Job Description

We have an opportunity for a meticulous and organised individual to gain valuable experience in the Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Industry.

Due to the ongoing expansion of Millicent Pharma NI, we are looking for a Quality Analyst to join our team. The Quality Analyst will be responsible for sampling and test materials and commercial products to current regulatory requirements.

Duties & Responsibilities:  

  • Sample and test starting materials, intermediates and finished products according to approved methods.
  • Validate test methods according to approved protocols.
  • Complete and endorse all quality records to demonstrate that all the required sampling and testing procedures were carried out.
  • Assist in the investigation of any out-of-specification results and planned or unplanned deviations.
  • Review data generated to ensure the continued accuracy of reported results and product compliance.
  • Prepare and amend procedures and batch documentation to ensure compliance with the Quality System.
  • Quality is the responsibility of every team member and is achieved by teamwork and commitment.

Essential Criteria:

  • Previous experience in a quality control laboratory (pharmaceutical preferred).
  • HPLC and GC methodology and techniques.
  • Must be able to work individually and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Approachable

Desirable Criteria:

  • Previous experience in a quality control laboratory (pharmaceutical preferred).
  • Experience of the development and validation of HPLC and GC methods. 
  • Knowledge and understanding of GMP aspects of laboratory software applications.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
