 Job Description

As an internal sales negotiator you will be dealing with customers, taking orders, matching customer needs to our product lines, dealing with queries

· Must have GCSE grades C in English and Maths (or equivalent)

· Hands on attitude

· Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

· Excellent customer service skills

· The ability to work well as part of a team

· Be able to work methodically and prioritise work load under pressure

· The ability to multitask and have good time management skills

•  Demonstrate positive and professional attitude/behaviour at all times

•  The ability to promote our brand, products and services

•  The ability to enhance customer experience through excellent quality & compliance

•  The ability to manage own performance and the willingness to learn

•  The ability to question the customer effectively to understand their needs;

•  Polite and attentive telephone manner; must be able to build rapport and offer a fantastic customer service experience

Desirable Skills:

·Previous sales experience

·Previous CRM experience 

·Previous telesales experience

·Experience working within the hire industry in a similar role

·Knowledge of the NI hire and construction industry

Location: Belfast Depot

Hours: Monday to Friday 7:30am to 5:00pm 

The successful candidate will have the ability to work well using their own initiative, be proactive, highly motivated & be able to interact well with the rest of the team.  They will also demonstrate attention to detail & good time management.
