Terex are delighted to announce that due to expansion within our Omagh site we are now recruiting for a Graduate Quality Engineer to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent engineering graduate who is looking to grow their career with a global engineering organisation that offers excellent training and development opportunities.

As a Graduate Quality Engineer you will become part of a large quality department and will play an integral part of the running of the department. The Quality department will have responsibility for improving customer satisfaction across the product range. They will have responsibility for assuring products meet quality criteria while liaising with production to continuously improve quality standards within the factory.

In this role you will gain exposure to all aspects of quality engineering including audit, corrective and preventative action, root cause analysis, Non-conformance, Quality Management Systems, NPPD processes, supplier quality and much more.

It’s a role you could do in many organisations – but at Terex it’s a role which offers something more. Firstly you’re a vital part of our global success, your accuracy and problem solving abilities helping us hit our financial and growth targets. You are part of a team of exceptionally dedicated and hard-working team members working towards shared goals.

Secondly, it’s a role with variety. As a business we’re constantly looking for better, smarter ways to work. We need people who will thrive in that environment – people with a passion for improvement and a willingness to try new approaches (and not be put off if it doesn’t work).

We are looking for a recent engineering graduate who has the drive and work ethic to become a key player in the success of our quality team. We also need the right personality. Are you a problem solver with a flexible approach to new ideas? Are you someone happy working at a fast pace, and able to do so without compromising quality, regular communication or attention to detail? Are you looking for the next step in your career that will offer you numerous opportunities to grow and develop?

Then join our team and you’ll receive an attractive salary package and all the opportunities you’d expect at a leading, global engineering organisation including extensive training.
