Your duties:

•             To work as part of a team responsible for the delivery of Customer Excellence

•             Dealing with incoming and outgoing calls plus administration to keep customers up-to-date with the correct information at all times

•             Take ownership of any issues with customers right through to resolution, where appropriate

•             Assist / support other members of the Customer Service Team and wider delivery team as and when required

•             Strive to outperform both personal and team targets

•             Identify and escalate priority issues to Customer Experience Manager/Team Leaders and support in handling escalated queries

•             Enter and update customer information into system in line with process ensuring ownership of the customer experience, including follow up contact

•             Deliver a good customer experience at all times

•             Make outbound calls to new & existing customers, update there account

•             To provide admin support to other department when needed

Your Skills and Knowledge:

•             Excellent communication skills

•             Clear & confident telephone manner

•             Team player

•             Ability to build rapport over the phone

•             Proven IT skills; particularly MS Word, MS Excel

•             Proficient in relevant computer applications

•             Proven experience in a call centre or other customer service environment

•             Accurate data entry and typing skills

•             Sales experince to new and existing customers

Advisors rotate on a weekly basis and are required to work every second Saturday between 9:00am and 17:00pm.
