Opportunity to develop and launch a new multi-functional E-Commerce website, managing digital agency relationships and pro-actively managing content updates.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate website developer/designer who is keen to drive their career forward within an international organisation.  Specifically, this role will:

  • Lead on the management of all E-Commerce platforms within the group;
  • Develop & launch, in conjunction with Head of Marketing, a new multi-functional E-Commerce website alongside our partner creative and digital agencies ensuring a commercially viable fulfilment model;
  • Proactively review and manage all online updates on products, pricing, promotions and customer queries ensuring a best in class customer service level at all times;
  • Lead digital planning in line with brand strategy & guidelines, setting clear and measurable deliverables around any digital campaigning;
  • Assist on digital campaigns for all brands – driving recruitment and retention through targeted lifecycle campaigns, including PPC, SEO, social media and affiliated marketing;
  • Conduct campaign evaluation, measuring and reporting on ROI;
  • Work with the marketing team to provide promotional support to E-Commerce outlets to achieve sales targets;
  • Actively review and report on all valuable performance aspects of the E-commerce platforms

Essential Skills & Experience:

The successful candidate must be passionate about digital marketing culture, and demonstrate a pro-active, solutions-driven approach, together with the following skills and experience;

  • 3 + years e-commerce experience, including but not exclusively, the management of content;
  • Proven track record for developing and garnering positive growth;
  • CMS experience;
  • Content creation with SEO as a focus;
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational capability;
  • High level of interpersonal communication
  • Excellent Commercial acumen             

Desirable Criteria:

  • Marketing Intel experience;
  • SEO experience / website / content management / digital campaigns experience;
  • Online brand development;
  • LinkedIn advertising knowledge;
  • Campaign planning and delivery experience;
  • Degree level within a relevant discipline (2:1 and above);
  • Full driver’s licence.
