Excellent opportunity for a Customer Service Associate based in Derry/Londonderry

You’ll be taking inbound calls from existing NOWTV customers looking to resolve issues with their home phone & Broadband services

* We’re open between the hours of 7am and 11pm Monday – Sunday but we’ll only be looking for you to work 4 x 10 hour shifts within those times. You can be based at either our City Centre location or our site at the Bay. We do need you to be fully flexible and able to travel.
