A Combined Service Manager with chef experience is required for one of our prestigious contracts in the Enniskillen area.  If you are a people person who has the drive and desire to deliver, then we want to hear from you.

Main responsibilities

  • Ambitious and commercially aware Manager with the presence and personality to influence the day to day business
  • You’ll maximise the performance of both the catering & cleaning teams, leading by example and setting high standards always.
  • Continually looking at ways to help drive the sales on site but remaining within the set brief
  • Ensure high standards at all times
  • Have a ‘hands on’ approach and happy to lend a hand if required this role will include some chef hours
  • Building excellent stakeholder relationships
  • Deliver company operations strategy
  • Exceed KPI targets

Ideal candidate

  • Must have proven catering and cleaning management experience, ideally within a high-profile fast paced environment
  • City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 Basic Food Hygiene.
  • Sound knowledge of Hygiene, Health & Safety & BICs
  • Standards and quality driven management style
  • Sales driven and can think outside the box
  • Eye for detail
  • Previous people management experience
  • Motivated by a passion for quality and great service delivery
  • Interpersonal, administrative and organisational skills
  • Financial and commercial acumen
  • Computer literate
  • A ‘Can do’ attitude
  • Full driving licence

Hours of work: 35 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 usually Monday to Friday but the successful candidate must be flexible to support the needs of the commercial business

Salary: £20,000 pa
