Excellent oppportunity for Clerical Officer (Grade 3) based in Belfast.

The University has an ongoing requirement for Clerical Officers to support professional services in Schools and Departments across the organisation and maintains a Clerical Register of suitable applicants to fill vacancies as and when they arise throughout the University.
At Queen’s, a clerical role could involve supporting Schools to deliver teaching excellence or world leading research, or providing professional support to our Directorates. Roles could be as varied as supporting post graduate student courses in the School of Mathematics and Physics, or as part our HR Hub team helping to support our staff and deliver our People and Culture strategy.

We currently have a large number of temporary posts (ranging from 6 – 24 months) in addition to permanent full and part-time opportunities, and particularly welcome applications from candidates interested in temporary posts.

A successful test result will be valid for 2 years from date of completion and candidates will not be required to undergo testing again during this period when applying for Grade 3 Clerical Register.
Candidates who failed interview in the last 6 months will not be eligible to apply for this exercise.

Salary scale: £18,342 to £21,236 per annum
