An exciting opportunity for a Business Operations Manager to join this fast-growing beauty brand, reporting to the CEO & Global Sales Director with responsibility across Finance, Operations, HR, Supply Chain! Play an integral role with the ability to implement impactful changes within the business.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly focused business professional to play a vital role in a dynamic and fast-growing innovative beauty brand. Since its 2017 launch Seoulista Beauty has become a recognised name amongst beauty insiders, with 12 prestigious industry award-wins to date, including Pure Beauty’s Best Global Anti-Ageing Product of 2019.

Retailing in more than 3000 stores and pharmacies across UK, ROI and France, including premium retailers such as Harvey Nichols, Selfridges and Le Bon Marche, as well as high-street and online destinations such as Boots, Oliver Bonas and Look Fantastic, the Seoulista Beauty footprint reaches far and wide, with expansion into 6 more markets planned by the end of Q2 2020.

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a quickly expanding business with 3-digit YOY growth, and be a key player within a small management team where real impact on business performance can be made, working closely with the CEO and Global Sales & Operations Director.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Supply Chain: Review the current processes across the business and support the improvement process within the Supply Chain
  • Finance: Manage the Sales Invoicing and age debt portfolio.  Reviewing the ROI with Marketing Leads on Marketing Programmes
  • Company Manufacturing Korea: Management of the procurement, processing and delivery functions with our manufacturing & forwarding partners.
  • Relationships: Managing relationships with third party distributors including retailers, haulage and storage facilities 
  • Business Planning: Analyse Annual Business Forecasts creating an optimal solution for efficient and flexible Operational solutions.
  • Logistics: Plan for effective warehousing and transport operations working closely with our logistic & warehousing Partners
  • Forecasting: Manage Annual Volume Forecasting, while working closely with the commercial & marketing leads
  • Compliance Officer: For Human Resources; Insurance; Financial Leasing arrangements & Trademark

Qualification & Education Requirements:

  • Business / Economics / Finance Degree 2:1
  • Professional Finance Qualification as a Management Accountant
  • Professional in Financial Modeling
  • Experience in dealing with Manufacturing Planning & Stock Control
  • Experience in Compliance and Auditing Procedures
