We are seeking an inspirational Branch Manager to lead, develop and motivate our team.


Job Title:            Branch Manager

Reports To:        Area Manager  

Salary:                 Basic £24k with an OTE of £40 -£45k  

Hours:                 40 Hours per week

Contract:             Permanent / Full-time

Location:             Newtownabbey

Your new role:

As an experienced Branch Manager you will: 

  • Lead, develop and motivate a ‘Sales Team’ that is fully aligned to the company values, consistently delights our customers and maximises sales opportunities. 
  • Manage sales team performance in all aspects of their role including sales processes, administration, store standards, health and safety etc. 
  • Deliver and exceed personal / branch sales targets and KPI’s. 
  • Maintain regular communication with the Area Manager. 

 

 The Person

As an experienced Branch Manager you will be able to demonstrate:

  • At least two years similar experience in a direct retail sales environment at management level with a proven record of successful leadership, developing people and exceeding targets.    
  • Excellent communicator (written and oral).
  • Excellent working knowledge of computer systems including MS Outlook, Excel and Word. 
  • The successful candidate must be able to handle and lift mattresses, beds and sofas and will be required to work evenings and weekends. 
  • Working knowledge of furniture products or previous experience of selling furniture would be an advantage to any candidate but not a requirement.

The successful candidate will be required to work weekend and bank holidays and some evenings.
