The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clerical and administrative support at Twisel Lodge, a Residential care home for service users with complex disabilities.


The Cedar Foundation is seeking to recruit the following staff member:

 

 Administration Assistant Ref:19-117-AA-T-WEB

 

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clerical and administrative support at Twisel Lodge, a Residential Care Home for service users with complex disabilities.

 

Hours:                                  20 hours per week (Mon – Fri 9am – 1pm) (Flexibility required)            

Salary:                                  £17,364 (pro rata per annum)

Contract:                             Permanent

Location:                             Twisel Lodge Residential Service, Holywood

 

Essential criteria:                            

  • Maths and English GCSE at Grade A-C (or equivalent)
  • NVQ 2 in Administration or other relevant qualification at this level
  • 1 years’ previous experience in an administration environment
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • An appreciation of the needs of people who have disabilities
