As a result of our continued growth we are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our administration team at the Head Office in Antrim.

The Role: Telephonist / Administration Assistant      

As a key member of the administration team, the successful candidate will be the first point of contact for customers calling into the office to connect with the Sales or Technical Support departments.      

As first impressions are vitally important, it is essential the candidate provides a friendly and professional front for the company, managing the busy switchboard with enthusiasm and efficiency. 

Other duties will include the following   

  • Support the administration team with a variety of office tasks
  • Book travel and accommodation as required by the management team
  • Prepare meeting rooms before and after meetings.
  • Ensure suitable catering is obtained for lunch meetings etc when required.
  • Sorting and distribution of mail both inward and outward.
  • Maintaining confidentiality at all times.
  • Any other reasonable duties as required.

The Candidate:

  • The successful candidate will have at least 1 years relevant experience working in a similar role
  • A professional phone manner
  • Have experience of Microsoft office packages; including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Team attitude with good interpersonal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and dependable
  • The ability to self-manage, organize workload and demonstrate a flexible attitude to work
  • A minimum of 5 Grade “C” GCSEs (or equivalent), including English and Maths

Hours & Remuneration: 

  • Monday to Friday 08:30-17:00
  • Salary will be based upon experience but within the range £18-£23k
