We offer a range of shifts (which all include a weekend rotation) to support our US customer base:

Core Shift:                 Hours between 10am to 10pm. Typical shift is 2pm to 10pm.

Late Shift:                  Choose between 4pm to 12am or 5pm to 1am.

Later Shift:                Hours between 7pm and 3am

Salary: £18500, £19000 or £19250 depending on shift. £1000 uplift on your first anniversary.         

Training Pattern: From the start date you must commit to attending 2 weeks of full-time classroom training on site

Your New Role


Although our flagship product is called Genius, you don’t need to be one right away, as we’ll give you all the training you need to begin delighting our customers with a combination of your natural charm and newly-honed skills that will project you towards a successful career within the rapid-paced world of payments.


You’ll play your part by:

  • Educating and training customers on the features and benefits of their new product.
  • Programming their payment solutions so they have a product tailored to their business.
  • Providing technical support in the form of point of sale and network troubleshooting.
  • Offering guidance and information to help them understand their products and accounts.
  • Showcasing your positive, can-do attitude with our customers and striving for an optimum resolution in every instance.



Who are we looking for?

We don’t expect you to know everything about TSYS or indeed the payments industry, but once successful in our assessment process we’ll get you started with a comprehensive two-week expert training programme. Once fully trained, you’ll use some of the best support technology in the market to connect with and help our customers via incoming phone calls, emails and chat queries.


We’d love you to have:

  • Strong customer service experience gained from a current/previous position perhaps in either technical support, retail, hospitality or a related customer-centric industry. If you’re educated to A Level or NVQ Level 3 Standard and you’re confident you can showcase the skills we’re looking for then come and show us!
  • A technology mindset with solid computer skills and a knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a passion for connecting with people.
  • Fluent English as this is our primary communication language.
  • Availability to work 37.5 hours per week, including evening and weekend shifts, on a rotational basis.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK on a full time and permanent basis.
