The Role

The newly created Team Experience Coordinator opportunity is a pivotal role within Lowe’s business.  The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for both team members and visitors, and will ensure that the office operates smoothly on a day to day basis.  With people at the heart of our business, the Team Experience Coordinator will also play an active role in bringing our core values and culture to life within the office environment and will: 

  • Act as a central point of contact within the Lisburn HQ, providing cross functional support to internal team members;
  • Ensure new team members are welcomed and set up to succeed, 
  • Provide Executive Assistance primarily to the Sales & Marketing Director, but also to the CEO & CFO when required, to include travel planning, diary management, expenses and other ad hoc tasks as required;
  • Manage daily administrative and reception activities including greeting and hosting visitors to our office, answering phone calls and management of office supplies and facilities (including budget management);
  • Leading on social activities and events planning.
