Excellent opportunity for a Senior Secretary based in Belfast

Union Theological College



Salary: £18,678 – £21,599 per annum

Hours: 35 hours per week

Essential Criteria:

  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs (Grades A-C) including English Language and Maths (Grade C) or equivalent qualifications
  • OCR (RSA) Stage II in Word Processing or equivalent in qualification or competence
  • Appropriate skills for day-to-day book-keeping including invoicing and handling cash
  • At least 3 years’ experience of working in a secretarial role with a senior level of responsibility for administration.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in the use of Microsoft Office
  • At least 1 years’ experience in maintaining financial systems in an office environment
