Role Description  

As a School Leaver on the Danske Futures Programme you will…

  • Take up a role within Danske’s Personal Banking and Small Business team, or its Operations team.
  • Graduate after 3 years with a BSc Hons degree in ‘Managing the Customer Contact’ from Ulster University.
  • Get a head-start on your career with Danske Bank and gain invaluable experience within Financial Services while studying part-time.
  • Earn a salary while studying and have your degree fully funded by us – providing you with a fee-free alternative to the traditional University route.
  • Make more possible by focusing on your study while completing projects that have a real impact on our business.

About you Candidates should have the following…

  • 3 A-Levels grade A-C or equivalent (obtained or predicted)
  • 6 GCSEs grade A*- C or equivalent, to include Maths and English

Salary & Benefits

  • Starting salary of £14,858.
  • Paid annual holiday entitlement of 22 days per annum.
  • Paid Bank Holidays.
  • Membership of the Danske Bank Employee Pension Plan – the Bank will contribute up to 10% of your salary.
