Sales Coordinator (1 Year Fixed Term Contract):

The Role: 

Reporting to the Sales Supervisor, we are seeking a proactive and motivated candidate with a can do attitude to build strong relationships with customers over the telephone to sell our wide range of products. Based at our Lurgan site their key responsibilities will be: 

  • To provide a point of contact for all customers seeking quotations and information on our range of products and to act as sales support for the external based commercial teams
  • To optimise the commercial performance of the business in conjunction with the wider commercial team
  • To identify key trends, opportunities and risks for the business. Communicate same to line manager and through CRM system
  • Identify new business targets and key accounts
  • Gain commitment and trust for Cubis to work in partnership within clients within the sector
  • Provide market information feedback to the Marketing and Product Development departments directly and via CRM system
  • Ensure a smooth and timely sales process to include the return of quotations and production information
  • Establishment of pricing levels to maximise profitability in conjunction within estimating department
  • Assist with the preparation of forecasts and reporting of current pipeline of business 

The Applicant 

Candidates must have experience of working in a fast paced environment within a variety of sales experience and the ability to understand customers’ needs. They must also possess the following skills and competencies:

  • A third level education in Business and or Marketing or relevant sales experience
  • Use of CRM systems / ERP system
  • Experience working in a busy sales office with a mix between account management and identifying and delivering new business opportunities
  • Effective pipeline management
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, both written and oral
  • Demonstrate business and commercial acumen
  • Ensures accountability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office and CRM software
  • Drives engagement & builds networks
  • Quality decisions
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with customer and team members
