Reporting to the Sr Operations Manager (For one of our leading social campaigns) the successful Reporting Manager will be a central member of the operations team and work closely with the MI, WFM and operations groups with responsibilities ranging from validating new reporting ideas, to writing automations and trend analysis. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining and coordinating information in support of client engagements.

 

This individual will work with the internal operations, MI & WFM teams as well as the client to ensure that their deliverables are meeting the requirements and expectations. The successful candidate will have the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced, fluid environment. This individual will have experience of interacting with clients. Travel to client sites may be required.

 

The successful candidate will be required to collaborate with business stakeholders, end users, and/or technical staff to elicit and understand business objectives and technical capabilities; analyse the business and technology context and recommend or deliver solutions that support delivery of solutions that meet business objectives.

 

Focusing on business objectives and client requirements you will be required to develop reporting solutions as well as maintain current reporting. You will be responsible for understanding and managing information in the form of structured information (data) and/or unstructured information (content, knowledge); analyse and manage information, create reports and perform queries subject to business need.

 

Strong communication skills and the ability to identify problems and come up with solutions are also major components of this position.

 

Essential Criteria:

  • Commercial experience of running software development projects in a technology-led company
  • Highly proficient in MS office (Particularly MS Excel)
  • Proficient in the use of SQL & Python.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, natural inquisitiveness and ability to ask the right questions, interpret high volumes of data, present recommendations
  • Very good organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Experience in WFM capacity planning and real time adherence
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in business processes, P&L management, invoicing etc.
  • Experience in working directly with clients and dealing with client requests
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines

 

Hours of work: Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm.
