Inspire is the largest mental health, learning disability and wellbeing charity in Northern Ireland. In response to an internal promotion within the organisation, Inspire are seeking applicants for 1 position within the Performance and Development Team. Sitting within the overall HR & OD function, this position will align with specific divisions within the Inspire Group and support the full breadth of departmental responsibilities including; Learning & Development, Induction, Professional Registrations, Performance Management, Employee Engagement and Wellbeing. The Performance & Development Assistant will be based in Lombard House, Belfast.

Hours: 37 hours
Contract type: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: £17,683.48 – £18,557.94 per annum
The P&D Assistant assigned to Inspire Group will support the Support Services, Addiction Services and Professional Services teams in Northern Ireland and Ireland, and support delivery of the Employee Engagement, Wellbeing, Internal Communications and Leadership Development programmes across the Group.
