Excellent opportunity for a Part Time Office Administrator based in Lisburn


Belvoir Sales and Lettings are seeking a part-time office administrator to assist in the day to day running of our busy and fast paced growing estate agency, situated in Central Lisburn .

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (not intended to be exclusive or exhaustive)

  • Letter writing and general correspondence with customers
  • Dealing with telephone and email enquiries
  • Creating and maintaining filing systems
  • Keeping diaries and arranging appointments
  • Devising and maintaining office systems
  • Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel etc., to produce correspondence and documents and to maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases
  • Using content management systems to maintain and update websites and internal databases
  • Liaising with other staff and maintaining excellent relationships with external contacts
  • Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment
  • Sorting and distributing incoming post and organising and sending outgoing post
  • Photocopying and printing various documents, sometimes on behalf of other colleagues
  • Arranging in-house and external events
  • Carrying out any reasonable instruction from the management team

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • The ability to plan your work, work on your own initiative and as part of a team, and meet deadlines
  • The ability to manage pressure and conflicting demands and prioritise tasks and workload
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • A friendly, trustworthy and professional attitude
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Reliability and honesty
  • An interest in property and the housing market
  • Flexibility in relation to overtime, travel and holiday working arrangements 

Remuneration

  • Pro-Rata salary of £17,000
  • Recommended salary of £17,000, reviewed after 6 months
  • The successful candidate must possess a Full Clean Driving Licence
