It’s what connects us… and we’d like to connect with you too!  We are looking for you to help us deliver exceptional outbound practices and delivery as an Outbound Sales Representative.

What You’ll be Doing:

Through a provided lead list, the Outbound Sales Representative, will call upon Small – Medium sized businesses on behalf of one of the most well-known providers of transportation, e-commerce and business services in the global shipping industry.  Businesses may not yet hold accounts or accounts may have been without recent activity, so the objective is to get the customer to commit to shipping in the future. You will engage in consultative selling to learn more about the business and engage in conversations with the owners or decision makers.          

On a typical day, you’ll:

  • Grow your book of business through developing new business, onboarding and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Customer Contact strategy consists of four different call types – New Account Follow Up, Call Cycle, Leads and Messages
  • Getting through to the Decision Maker by utilizing the Influencers and Users to help close the business.
  • ·         Determine the customer’s shipping profile to earn business or will forward the lead to the appropriate channel.
  • Engage customers in a consultative manner to develop value propositions that meet their needs, increase volume from existing customers and acquire volume from new customers.
