Based at our Plant in Lurgan, a full time, permanent opportunity has arisen in our Senior Leadership Team for an ambitious experienced Operations/Production Manager. The primary focus is on ensuring the maximum labour efficiency, productivity on machinery whilst ensuring the machinery runs consistently to the highest tolerances and minimum waste. The position will be day shift Monday to Friday. This role would suit someone with extensive people engagement skills from a high volume manufacturing background who is well versed in lean manufacturing methodologies.
