The Role will include:
To inform, challenge and support the site in achieving its purpose through the provision and interpretation of key management information.
Control & Reporting
Responsible for the preparation and take complete ownership of the monthly management accounts pack, deliver annual budget/projection, regular forecasts and year end accounts.
Deliver accurate cost of sales and overhead reporting with key variances to budget / forecast which are fully understood and effectively communicated to site management.
Responsible for completion and submission of reports, analysis and data to the centre.
Work with site teams to investigate adverse operational variances and develop countermeasures.
Support the site in its lean manufacturing development e.g. production meetings, process auditing and Key Performance Indicators.
Operations and Continuous Improvement
Take a full and active role in site projects at Enniskillen to meet site objectives and drive continuous improvements in factory efficiency by interpreting production information into operations action plans. Deliver consistent visibility of savings projects and aligned metric targets.
Team Development and Leadership
Take a lead role in ensuring finance team development and delivery by setting up, challenging and supporting team initiatives, feedback and learning and assisting in cover of other team members where necessary.
Who are we looking for?
Qualified Accountant with 2+ year’s PQE
FMCG manufacturing experience
Strong analytical and numerical skills to support decision making.
Communication and presentation Skills
Excel advanced user
SAP system knowledge desirable
Knowledge of Lean desirable.
