Excellent opportunity for an Office / Sales Administrator based in Maghera

Chambers Coach Hire, based in Maghera, wish to recruit a suitable person for the following role:

Office / Sales Administrator

The successful person will be responsible for providing an effective range of administrative duties that contribute to the smooth running of the office.  You will interact with a wide range of customers through telephone and email, gathering relevant booking information to provide accurate quotes, along with inputting data onto our specific software package.

The role will also involve developing and maintaining the Company’s social media accounts to further promote the Company, the range of tours offered and to attract new business.

The successful candidate must meet the following essential criteria:

  • G.C.S.E. Maths and English at grade ‘C’ or above (or equivalent).
  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Computer literate.
  • Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle.
  • Previous experience within the transport industry would be desirable, but not essential as full training will be provided.

This is a permanent, full-time position (40 hours per week) Monday – Friday, 9am to 6.00pm.
