Excellent opportunity for Night Property Security Warden based in Lisburn.


NIGHT PROPERTY SECURITY WARDEN

30 hours per week (could consider 2 x 15hr posts)

Based at Graham Gardens, Lisburn

Salary: £8.75 per hour

To cover shifts from 7pm – 3am

Rota: Thursday – Sunday

A bit about the role

As Night Property Security Warden, you will ensure all the tenants in the scheme are offered a secure and safe living environment.  You will also carry out light domestic duties to ensure that the scheme is kept clean and tidy. The role will include visits to other schemes.

You will have 1 years’ experience in a Security or Caretaking role.  You will also have at least 1 years’ experience working with customers.  You will be available to work the hours specified above, be willing to work extra hours to provide cover at other schemes if required and have a flexible attitude to working unsociable hours.
