As the Change Analyst you will play a key role in the day to day operation of the Change Management function for Capita IT Services at our HQ in Newtownabbey.
Becoming a Change Analyst with Capita IT & Networks:
As the Change Analyst you will play a key role in the day to day operation of the Change Management function for Capita IT Services at our HQ in Newtownabbey. You will be responsible for being part of a team delivering ITIL change to our customers.
The role will include: – Charing CAB, Preparing CAB Agendas, Reviewing and approving changes, identifying opportunities to improve process. Key relationships within Capita ITS include: – Technical Support Teams, Service Delivery Managers and Service Management Function Leads.
