 Job Description

•Raise the awareness of opportunities in the Agnew Group within school, college and University students and increase the Quantity and Quality of applications to the various Training and Development opportunities.


About the Role…

  • Raise the awareness of opportunities in the Agnew Group within school, college and University students and increase the Quantity and Quality of applications to the various Training and Development opportunities.
  • Liaise effectively with external providers of recruitment services to take full advantage of their strengths to better meet requirements for high quality recruitment services.
  • Assist HR Manager and line managers in the design and preparation of special recruitment campaigns in order to fill defined trainee roles.
  • Assure the quality and consistency of recruitment activity, taking full account of relevant legislation and best practice

About you…

Essential

  • A minimum of 12 months experience of working within a HR team where recruitment is a key function of the role.
  • Possession of a clean Driving License
  • Access to transport

Desirable

  • Experience of dealing with Schools, Colleges and Universities to raise awareness of career opportunities.
