Head of Property, Development and Management (UK) Full Time, Permanent Lisburn Road, Belfast Salary: £37,671 - £45,687 per annum based on experience and skills

Head of Property, Development and Management (UK)
Full Time, Permanent
Lisburn Road, Belfast
Salary: £37,671 – £45,687 per annum based on experience and skills
This is an exciting opportunity to join us given our extensive growth plans in the UK, so you will be joining at a pivotal time for the Organisation. You will also play an important role in the rebuild of our Central Office.
You will play a key strategic role by supporting the Senior Leadership Team overseeing the effective design and build of major and complex capital developments in property to an agreed timescale and budget across the UK.
If you have highly effective change and project management skills coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills we would like to hear from you.
To be considered for this role you must meet some of the essential criteria listed below:
Degree in Engineering or Construction related discipline
Demonstrate over a 5 year period within the last 8 years how you have:
Successfully delivered major complex capital development schemes
Managed third party contractors and experts
Experience of Construction Project Management
Met Organisational targets and objectives
Experience of managing a cyclical property maintenance and improvement programme
Effectively managed a team
