About the Role
We are seeking an ambitious Engineer to join our Civil / Maritime Team based in our Belfast office – one of the largest specialist marine engineering team in the UK! Reporting to the Senior Project Leaders this role will support the successful delivery of a range of civil, port and harbour projects. This is a hands-on design role in which you will gain valuable experience in the delivery of the designs for a wide range of civil engineering and maritime projects. In addition to undertaking design you will also support Senior Engineers with project administration and the procurement of civil engineering construction contracts. This is an exciting role that will give you the opportunity to be involved in the full project lifecycle from inception through to completion.
Suitable candidates will possess a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering and have a knowledge of UK design codes and Euro codes. Experience of having worked in an engineering consultancy will be an advantage but is not essential. We are a growing team so ideal candidates will be ambitious, working as a Graduate/Project Engineer now but looking to move into a role where they will have the opportunity to progress to a more senior role. We want someone who is keen to develop their career and help us to grow the business.
