New opportunity for a Global Dealer Support Representative, based locally in Dungannon.

We have a new opportunity for a Global Dealer Support Representative to join our team at our Terex Dungannon site. We’re in growth mode, and this opening is an opportunity to join a dynamic team, who are vital to operations at Terex, one of the largest engineering organisations in the world.

You’ll be working to providing support to our world-wide dealer network with regard to their open orders and business requirements. You’ll receive and manage orders through internal systems to ensure all dealer and departmental needs are fulfilled promptly. Your primary responsibility is to manage dealer open order books, advising on price and availability, and assisting in the sourcing of identified parts. You’ll liaise with internal departments and external suppliers, communicating with the dealer network concerning their problems through internal Customer Support Link Systems. In addition, you’ll regularly partake in calls and identify areas for improvement.

We’re looking for the right individual with the experience of experience of working within a busy professional environment, ideally in a similar service role, and with an ability to really understand a customer query or issue and help find a resolution. Most of your work will be written, so you’ll have strong written skills and an excellent telephone manner. Applicants must have a minimum of GCSE standard or equivalent education to include English and Maths at grade C or above and the proven ability to organize and prioritise workload to meet deadlines. This role above all requires Tenacity, Diligence, resolve, determination and perseverance. A great work ethic and a willingness to grow are essential, as is the ability to follow processes and key service skills. 

 Experience of the crushing and screening industry would be desirable though not essential.
