We are now seeking to recruit up to 50 enthusiastic individuals with exceptional skills in customer services for a mixture of both full-time and part-time roles


Employers For Childcare is developing an exciting new indoor adventure centre – High Rise – in Lisburn (just 5 minutes from Sprucefield and the A1/M1). High Rise, which will open its doors in autumn 2019, will be open 7 days per week, morning until late evening and will include:

  • Clip ‘n climb indoor climbing experience with 24 exhilarating challenges
  • Multi-storey soft play area (up to age 8)
  • Party rooms
  • Corporate rooms
  • Sensory and quiet rooms
  • Café serving meals and snacks
  • Changing Places accessible toilet facility.

As a member of the general staff team, the post holders will work across all areas of the centre to include the climbing arena, supervising the soft play facility, co-ordinating parties and assisting in the café and servery. They will rotate between these roles on a regular basis providing excellent customer service. They will be responsible for ensuring that all areas of the centre are maintained to the highest of standards and all customers’ needs are met.

Applicants must fully meet the essential criteria as set out in the Personnel Specification which includes: Minimum of 1 year’s experience in customer facing role. Excellent communication skills. Be comfortable working with the members of the public. Confident communicating with large groups of people of various ages. Have an outgoing, enthusiastic and friendly manner. Willingness to be flexible and take on other duties in the centre. Ability to work flexible, unsocial hours including bank holidays, evenings and weekends.
