Job Role & Responsibilities
- Be an ambassador for your store, franchise group and brand.
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Achieve KPI’s to include sales, food and labour targets
- Be a key driver in recruiting, traning and managing the store team
- Develop local store marketing initiaitves and build strong relationships with the local community
- Adherence to health & safety and food safety policies
- Administrative duties
- Stock management & ordering
The Ideal Candidate will be/have
- Flexible, hard working and reliable
- Aproven track record of managing and developing others
- Previous experience of managing a team
- Ability to deal effectively with customer and staff issues
- Excellent organisation skills
- Good communication
- Have drive, ambition and similar store managerment experice in either a quick service restaurant or retail envirnonment.
