Customer Service Advisor – Now TV

About the role
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be taking calls from their customers and helping with any queries they may have.
We want all of our customers to have a great experience; you will support them throughout the call providing the best customer journey.
What you will need
It is great if you already have experience in retail, hospitality, even call centres. However, if you have a proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and motivated to go the extra mile for every customer, then we want to hear from you!
We have a dedicated training team on site that will teach you the ropes. You will receive 3 weeks of classroom based training & 4 weeks of on the job training in Gradbay – don’t fret, you will have a lot of extra support!
What else you need to know
We are there for our customers when they need us, therefore we do ask you to be fully flexible, Monday to Sunday between 8am & 11pm. We are based right in the city centre local to all public transport to get you home straight after your shift!
